Holding firmly to the mandate in Matthew 28 that commissions all believers to go and teach all nations, Dr. Carson has planted and oversees Bible-centered, Spirit-filled, Community-building, Kingdom-minded leaders and churches worldwide. He trained leaders and has planted churches in Austin, Kyle, San Antonio, Alvin, LaMarque, Memphis, Atlanta, Chicago, Brooklyn, Charlotte, Johannesburg, Orange Farm, Vlakfontein, Capetown, Monrovia, Mysore. Currently, Dr. Carson provides an apostolic covering for over 100 churches internationally. Dr Carson is a pastor’s pastor with his profound pastoral insight and ministry experience. Dr Carson has a heart and passion to train and equip pastors for the work of ministry.

Dr. Carson holds three earned doctorates: Boston University in theological studies, specializing in church growth, Regent University in Organizational Leadership, and Logos University in Christian psychology. He also holds three Masters degrees: a Master in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M, a Master of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary/Oral Roberts University, and he was the first full-time clergy to ever graduate with a Global Executive MBA from the world-class Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Dr. Carson’s bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is from the film location of “The Great Debaters” – HBCU Wiley College. His theological prowess and wisdom are also recognized in the academy. The ministry’s focus on the spiritual and educational empowerment of children and youth is birthed from Dr. Carson overcoming the odds of Chicago inner city living as a high school dropout. Dr. Carson’s fervor for lifting, developing, and building communities is second to none. Dr. Carson studied the church, economics, and community building during his doctoral studies at Harvard University. Dr. Carson wrote his dissertation on the relationship between African-American males between the ages of 14-35 and the independent church at Boston University, the alma mater of the distinguished Martin Luther King Jr. and C. Eric Lincoln. Dr. Carson has been building communities through youth outreaches through athletics and academics for over two decades. He has created jobs and prepared countless numbers of people for employment opportunity through his many non-profit organizations.
